Car Market: Used Cars in Ukraine

The reason is that in the USA, nobody wants to deal with minor or medium car repairs: insurance covers all losses and it's easier to auction off the car at a low price than to restore it, even if the damages are minor. It's impossible to encounter the problem of odometer rollback in the USA: nobody deals with it – moreover, it's a criminal offense. Another clear advantage is the car's history: whether it was in an accident, stolen, or the car is a "flood" vehicle.
